At Nomi Gallery, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Here's how our return and exchange policy works:

 

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day, no-risk money-back guarantee on your order. You only need to pay the freight for the return. To qualify for a return:

  • It must be less than 30 days since you received the artwork.
  • The artwork must be in the same condition as it arrived and in appropriate packaging, ideally in its original packaging.
  • Artworks must be carefully readied for return shipment in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. If the original packaging is damaged, please use professional packaging from the courier company to ensure that the goods we receive are not damaged

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

1. Metal Frame Issues (Replacement Policy) Our artworks are often paired with premium metal frames. Due to the nature of international shipping, minor scratches or slight bending of the metal frame may occasionally occur.

  • Our Solution: In these instances, we do not offer a full return or refund of the artwork. Instead, we will promptly ship a replacement frame to you at no additional cost.

2. Artwork Damage (Refund & Full Replacement Policy) Our refund policy specifically covers significant damage to the actual painting/canvas that renders the piece unrepairable or unusable.

  • Qualifying Damage: This includes major canvas tears, holes, or severe pigment loss that impacts the integrity of the artwork.

  • Our Solution: If the artwork itself is confirmed as irreparably damaged, we will offer a full replacement or a refund.

3. Evidence Required To process any claim regarding frames or the artwork, we require:

  • Photos of the external packaging (showing any visible damage to the box).

  • Clear, close-up photos of the damage (frame or canvas).

  • Your order number.

Return Shipping Fees

  • If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee will be based on the express company you choose.
  • If the goods received are damaged, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please contact us at info@nomigallery.com to return or exchange your order. Note:

  • You have 30 days from receipt of the artwork to request a return and a further 14 days to fulfill it.
  • For artworks that arrived damaged, we ask for a photo of the damage to understand what went wrong with the shipment.

*If the packaging was insufficient, please package to the best of your ability and be sure to take pictures for insurance purposes.

Please note: you have 30 days from receipt of the artwork in which to request a return and a further 14 days in which to fulfill it.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned items:

  • It will take up to 3 business days to process the refund.
  • For PayPal and Shop Pay account holders, it will take up to 3 business days for the transaction to appear on your account.
  • For credit card refunds, it will take between 7-15 business days for the transaction to be completed.
