- Creating Time: About 1-2 weeks to be hand-painted by a professional artist. The painting you ordered is created by the artist of the original painting.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Shipping costs are included in the price, regardless of the destination.
How Are the Artworks Packaged?
- Rolled Paintings: Carefully packed in a strong paper tube.
- Frameless / Framed Paintings: We will use cardboard boxes or wooden boxes as appropriate to ensure your art remains safe during transit.
Who Takes Care of the Delivery?
Depending on the destination and the size of the artwork, we use delivery companies such as FedEx、Ups or DHL.
Which Countries Do You Deliver To?
We deliver everywhere that our delivery companies operate in. If you have any concerns, please contact us, and we will find a delivery solution for you, even if you live on a desert island!
Is the Delivery of the Artwork Insured?
Absolutely! Nomi Gallery insures the transport of the artwork. You have nothing to worry about, and there are no hidden costs.
Can I Get Artworks Delivered to a Different Country or to a Different Person?
We will deliver to the address provided in your order. Generally, we set the delivery date with the person who will receive the work and whose name you provided. If it’s a surprise or a present, please let us know!
International Taxes & Duties
Please note that once your order arrives in the destination country, local guidelines apply, and your order may be subject to import taxes and local duties. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. However, if applicable, we will support you with any communication and information required by customs.
